The hotel definitely needed a coat of paint, and the bathtub & bathroom were in very poor condition. However, the service, especially from the English-speaking staff, was friendly and accommodating, though sometimes reliant on the taxi driver. The location is perfect if traveling from CLO airport, but only okay if you need to be near Airport Cali. The dining experience is okay overall, with some concerns about cleanliness. The facilities are somewhat lacking, reflecting the need for renovation.
